Shipping is always free for all our plants.
For orders of flowerpots, accessories and products from care less than € 29, the shipping cost is € 4.90.

We trust that you will receive your plants in 24 hours or sooner if you place your order before 16:00 h on business days.
If you place your order after 4:00 p.m. on business days, it is more likely that you will receive your orders in 48 hours.
The delivery time is Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. At the moment we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
If your order has already been sent, it cannot be canceled while it is on its way, and the return does not apply.

About your order

Plants and pots are sold separately. The photos of the plants with the pots on our website are a visual reference to help you choose.
Make sure you look at your shopping cart, there you can see all the products of your order and add or remove plants or pots.

Make sure the shipping address is the correct. We cannot guarantee delivery if this information is incorrect or incomplete.
If we verify that the information provided is not correct, we will contact you to correct it and / or request additional details.
Keep in mind that the modification of these data will influence the delivery date.
Orders that cannot be delivered on time due to incorrect or incomplete information, do not qualify for returns.

You have up to 5 days to return your plant after receiving it.
You will receive a new plant as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that although we try to make the plants as similar as possible to the ones that appear on our website, each plant is a unique living being. Therefore, it is natural that they are not exactly the same, and this is not an acceptable reason for their return.
